Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label and there's no restocking fee.

Eligibility
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. For food safety, opened tea can't be returned. Unopened tea is fine. Gift cards are not returnable.

How to return
Email support@harmonyrich.com with your order number. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. We'll email your prepaid label within 2 business days. Items may go back to different addresses, since our products ship from different brand partners.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days. If it's been more than 15 business days, email support@harmonyrich.com.
